    West Ham Build up (away)

Early I know but after us fielding such a strong side last night I'm wondering if Rodgers will rest anyone for this?

Is Gerrard capable of backing up or do we play Lucas?

Does Coutinho get another crack or do we play Borini up with Balotelli? What about Markovic?

Any injuries or anyone back for this? Allen? Skrtel?
Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.

West Ham are Sluggers....this game will more a physical game,so i'd go for either Borini or Lambert up top,Maybe Borini could do a similar job to Dirk Kuyt

Hopefully Allen is back in contention?

          My team would be:

          Mig
          Manquillo - Lovren - Sakho - Moreno
          Lucas
          Henderson - Allen
          Sterling
          Borini - Balotelli
          James Philip Milner Fanclub #1

          Curtis Julian Jones Fanclub #1

Skrtel is back for this game so you could see one of Lovren or Sakho dropping out

not so sure if Lovren or Sakho will drop out. I wonder will BRodge ever go with the 3 of them at the back. Might not be the worst idea ever as we have 2 genuine attacking full backs now that are essentially wing backs....

              A team of:

              --------------------------MIGNOLET-----------------------------

              ---------SKRTEL---------LOVREN------SAKHO-----------------

              MANQ-------------------------------------------------MORENO

              -----------HENDERSON-----GERRARD----COUTINHO--------

              ------------------STERLING------------------------------------

              -------------------------------------BALOTELLI----------------

Doesnt seem so bad. It looks defensive but it should allow Gerrard a further 10 yards further - not having to worry about covering anyone when we are being counter-attacked. Also, we should be slightly better at defending set pieces (handy v West Ham) purely because strenght in numbers (although with Skrtel, Lovren and Sakho, it could also be one more person in there that can **** things up as well!!!)

I don't think we can afford to rest players in this game. Any more dropped points and it makes the next game even harder. Everton at anfield the following week already won't be an easy game so we need to go into it with some confidence and momentum.....

To be honest MIGNOLET,SKRTEL,LOVREN and SAKHO at this moment are our weak links for each match

Using the team that Frank put up, a case could be made for adding Gerrard and Coutinho to any weak link list so far this season.
I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

                    Mig
                    Manquillo - Skrtel - Lovren - Moreno
                    Gerrard
                    Henderson - Allen
                    Sterling
                    Borini - Balotelli

If no Allen, then Coutinho in his place, same for Skrtel and Sakho

If I we're to drop anyone for Skrtel it would be Lovren, but besides that I agree with that team.

I'd love to see a midfield of Henderson - Allen - Lallana

With Lallana playing where? I hope you mean infront of them, not really sure why people are often suggesting he plays as a central midfielder as he doesn't play there, he's always in a far more advanced role.

Lallana does his best defensive work coming in from the blind side so he needs to be in an advanced role. From what I've seen, he's not a midfielder. No way.

So are you saying it's either Borini or Lallana? Or Lallana in behind the 2 strikers? If so we have 3 players to play the same position yeah?
