First game I took my lad to was a midweek fa cup replay against Leeds when he was nearly 5, I got tickets for the Mrs too and my niece and we made a day of it in Liverpool. He was so excited all day and then fell asleep 15 mins in. We won 3-0 but the little fella missed all the goals. I lifted him up asleep when we scored one of them, he was like a rag doll

The Mrs was 4 months pregnant when we were at the game and Macca scored two and that's when I decided to give our next kid the middle name McManaman. It's just a shame for the kid that she's a girl
