Not read through whole thread as have been sulking all the way home.

Much improved performance but it was once we scored it was like the Hodgson days. Just sitting back and inviting the pressure. We allowed them way to much space in the middle. It was really frustrating as we were so comfortable and we let them into it. They were ****. The y had one plan which was to lump it into the channels for Lukaku.

Need to sort the defensive issues asap. Mingolet is shockingly indecisive.

There were plus points. Lallana looks the real deal in a Liverpool shirt.

We've been absolutely gash this season and by my working we are only 2 points worse off than we were last season in the same fixtures.

Bit more time as a team and Sturbridge back and we'll be on our way to top 4

Cooled off a bit, good performerance and Rodgers deserved credit for setting up the team at the start and most of the players were decent enough. Don't think the sub at the end was right though and I remember us dropping deep like this at the start of last season. Don't know if that's intentional or not but they were even more open in last minutes and more attackers on so I was not comfortable with it. Still we are looking better and will be better with Sturridge and Allen and even Can coming back in. The plus side is that apart from City and Chelsea the other usual top four challengers are not putting a run together either.

Good post. Having Allen to throw on would have helped big time. Agree with last bit. The title has gone but it was always about getting top 3, **** 4th.

Tanner = is a tip of the hat to Evan Tanner (not nick tanner), a UFC fighter I followed for many years who passed away a couple of years ago.

Torres for obvious reasons, Suarez I needed to step away from the forums for a while and decided just to close it down.

Not sure what happened with FatTony (gangster on the simpsons), I know there were a couple of meltdowns along the way though
