On a positive note (I'm trying hard here...) we can't play any worse than that. Certainly, we can lose, but we simply couldn't be as abject as that again.

    Ever.

I certainly think it's not working, he needs to come out of the side for either Borrini or Lambert.

Watching him is boiling my piss.

Very disappointing even though it was to be expected it was horrible. I don't want to point out anyone in particular as everyone contributed to this cluster**** as has been the case in previous games. Although, I can't turn a blind eye to Skrtel's contribution to their winner as it was just disgraceful. Our inability to defend set pieces is infuriating.

Let the Balotelli assualt commence if it hasn't already whilst i've been typing this post.

Woeful, Starts with Brendo I'm afraid. Get pelters here but Balotelli had next to no support from deep. Also, Gerrard should have got the hook at 60 mins, and Henderson to drop deep.
I make no apologies, this is me

Other than Spurs hes been utter crap all season just like most of the team

9 games we have played and weve played well once, the rest we have not even been average we have been dreadful

We were MUCH worse in the Villa game.

Rodgers making it pretty clear his thoughts on the defending for the goal.

And if Raheem has a better night, we walk away with at least a point. Too often final result is lacking from the team as a whole. After poor start by Enrique initially, they never looked like scoring, so at least looking better defensively.

Frustrating but tbh we're just too average at present.
They haven't been poor, but they were poor today. Hopefully we'll get the shape right otherwise we're going to cop a proper nightstick soon.

My prematch team consisted of him OUT of it, even though everyone was jumping to put him in. Any man with one eye could see this performance coming.

Rodgers is getting desperate and I don't like him when he's desperate. He loses the plot.

I think it's more the performance than the result. Well it is for me anyway.

Borini would definitely have helped a lot today, really surprised he didn't get minutes. I'd have started him tbh.

Hopefully he actually drops the bloody culprit!

No passion from the players and they seem totally clueless

If we lose that I think that would make us officially 'in crisis'.
