West Brom (h) post match thread

Whooooo a win and I thought we actually looked decent going forwards once we took the lead.

Small steps but with Sturridge coming back and Lallana looking good it gives us a platform to work from.

Thank **** for that. Not arsed about the performance, just needed any sort of win.

      Lovren has to be dropped.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

        Phew. Not celebrating, just relieved.
        3rd place. Worst champions ever.

Level with Arsenal and 3 points off 2nd.

Improved performance. Much better passing and link up play and. A brilliant first goal. Central defense is probably the worst in the League.

Centre back positions are a worry Lovren doesn't look up to it and I don't think Skrtel is anywhere good enough to be first choice either.

                Good much needed win that

Relief! Good way to end before the break. Plenty to worry about at the back still but better signs up front. Great from Hendo and Lallana and great to see Stevie after 3 games in a week still running his arse off in an advanced position in the latter stages today. He offers way more up there and still has the legs it seems.

Glad to see an international break for once, hopefully Studge, Allen and Can are fit after it.

Skrtel is as bad- they are both totally clueless

Thought Johnson looked decent when he came on.

Sturridge coming back will transform this team.
I think him and Mario will play well together.
                          Lallana is looking excellent.
Make Hendo captain and unleash Gerrard on the hour mark nowhere near our half.

Better second half, Lallana was outstanding. The support for the attackers from Gerrard & Hendo was much better, makes such a difference & would have been much more apparent if Sturridge was our CF today. Gerrard looked so much better playing further forward.

Defensively good apart from Lovren... who had an nightmare again.

Sterling looks like he needs a rest though.
