For me, without making subs I'd change the system - Gerrard back to holding, Henderson and Can further forward, Lallana at the tip of the diamond behind Sterling and Balotelli. System has to change though, subs or not. Maybe even throw Toure on and go three at the back and get the full backs attacking?
