    Clutching a bit but was always going to say that... done well, work rate, should of won, they were a good side etc. Standard stuff but quite clearly we were far from excellent or outstanding.

        How on earth are we still in sixth place?! We have had a bad start to the season. We can and will get better and we're not in a bad position considering how poor we've been. Clearly we can forget about competing for the league this season, but we're still in with a good shot of top four and that's our main objective. At the end of this season today's point might be the difference between CL and Europa - and we kept a clean sheet.

          We're still 6th after an awful start to the season, it could be worse. Get Sturridge back and then buy another striker in Jan, better still, get Origi back here.

            To be honest, if the 45000 who paid were as quiet today as in previous games they can **** off. Where is the support we saw last season? This is when we need it most. Seems for a while now, the team needs to play in order to raise the fans. Thought it was a mutual thing?

                    I wasn't sure I had. Not a single remark about a player or the way we played. Merely saying a clean sheet is good and the crowd this year has been mostly ****.

                        FWIW when Lambert came on and we had two strikers on the pitch we played much better and we were a decent finish away from winning the game.

                          Makes it all the more frustrating why we've persevered with one up front since Sturridge has been injured.

                          Partnerships and understanding needs game time togther.

                              it's been painfully evident to just about anyone & makes it frustrating than Rodgers has persisted with Baloteli up top on his own. Hasn't helped us or the player himself IMO.
