What does that say to the player and do for his confidence. I've felt for some time Rodgers has his favourites and decisions like today reaffirm my belief. I just hope today's line-up pays off for Rodgers sake

I was one of the posters that didn't mind the team that started against Madrid. However, having seen today's line-up I'm in agreement that Rodgers raised the white flag last Wednesday. I just cannot believe that only Can was rewarded for his performance. If we end up losing Rodgers will get slaughtered and rightly so.

Nope. I'm starting to wonder if Brendan is losing it a bit tbh.

Johnson, Lovren, Henderson, Balotelli and possibly even Gerrard have done absolutely nothing to justify a starting place.
