Sterling looks a far cry from the player he was last season. Looks completely out of his depth.

He's so bloody predictable these days, could defend against him blind folded.

No knee jerk bollocks on Sterling - just observation that he's been terrible for months, but because Balotelli and the defence has been much worse, no-one dare talk about him. He simply isn't the player he was last season and that has **** all to do with his age...

I know individually players aren't playing at their best but the whole balance is wrong. The midfield is the core of a team and ours in non existent. It's leaving us exposed at the back & isolated up top which is outrageous. Rodgers seriously needs to get the finger out as regards Gerrard. Stevie at DM is killing us defensively & hampering us going forward, as someone always has to playing beside him to cover for his defensive weaknesses. It's ****ing ridiculous at this stage, it's happening in every game we play.

I'm gonna be controversial here. I don't think I've ever seen Sterling have a good game when he hasn't been at the tip of the diamond.

He's had some okay games. But not one that would make me think he's a top player. I'll give him Norwich away last season actually when he played up top with Suarez. But otherwise? I'm struggling.
