    AFC Wimbledon - Post Match

What is this amateur hour?! No post match thread.

So err, to get us started.

That's why Gerrard should always be in the team.
That was against league 2 opposition, next league game he will be ****.

We did well to get through to the next round.
    We struggled against ****ty Wimbledon.

Skrtel did well, Can was ****.
Skrtel was ****, Can did okay.

    Mignolet was ****.
    Mignolet made some nice saves.

Brendan has fake tanned, sack him.
Another win for Brendan, we're back!!

    Etc, etc.
The times they are a changin'.

Perfectly in keeping with the performance then.
Bag of ****e......some ridiculous observations in the match thread, some overreaction, loads of revisionism spilling from other threads etc etc.
    But we won.

Poor Rickie Lambert. I feel so sorry for him. It's painful to watch. ****ing hell.

Otherwise, not great but job done, should've scored more.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

Win's a win, pretty much everyone struggled v **** this weekend.

Mig showed what he's boss at and **** at. Skrtel with his usual performance, nearly costing us two goals but is hailed at "solid" because their strikers missed and he cleared a couple of crosses, no wonder we concede 50 a season if thats solid. Sakho as usual showed he's our best centre back by a mile. Can did some good and some bad but you dont mind errors so much from a 20 year old out of position. Lambo looked badly out of his depth, Mario was decent and worked hard. Lazar involved again though should have scored.

Gerrard is god. "it's only a league two team". Yeah, that'll be why every other attacker found the net easily too. Oh, no.

Bizarrely the most satisfying part of that game for me was Balotelli's lunge to try and get on the end of that low cross. He really did push to get on the end of it, showing some desire and I would select him ahead of Lambert right now.

Most promising thing for me from that game was that Sakho was very good. We desperately need someone to step up at the back and he could be the answer.

We have so many players 'finding their feet' in the side. You never know what you're going to get. I'd even put Henderson in that category. It's not what we asked for but it blatantly is a transition season.

I was wondering when you'd chirp up with your Skrtel ****e.

I wouldn't select Lambert ever again, I have never seen a player so horribly out of his depth and totally alien to the way we try and play. Tonight even by his standards against league 2 opposition he was atrocious and it was like playing with 10 men.

Still in one thread hailing Skrtel yet in another putting down Gerrard's performance as it was against a league two team? Make your mind up. Is Sakho still barely a footballer? I'd be more concerned if you agreed with me.

You have an agenda and you ****ing know it. If you don't have an agenda against Skrtel's you would making that embarrassing defence of Can. He's supposed to be able to compete in the Champions League and is supposed to be able to play defensive midfielder. He's supposed to be £10,000,000 of top class talent. He got schooled by lower league players. I don't give a **** if he is only 20. I bet some of their team were young'uns too but still gave him grief.

He didn't have a bad game because he was a kid or because he was out of position. He had a bad game because he had a ****ing stinker. Incidentally the only one I'd remotely agree could be attributed to Skrtel's was the one flashed across goal from out right. Remind me which of our 3 was playing right. I'll give you a clue... Sakho can't and Skrtel's wasn't. But still we'll blame him.

Just like we'll blame him for not covering the one where his header failed to clear someone else's mistake. And we'll ignore the couple or poor clearances Sakho made. And Man Manquillo.

We'll ignore it all because Skrtel was apparently the worst player on the pitch.

Haha!! I know, what a defence, saying he did some good and bad and errors from a 20 year old are more tolerable than from a 30 year old. I really rushed to his rescue there!

I dont think you are in any position to get upset over any agenda either, you've written far more offensive stuff about Sakho than I have Skrtel and your Gerrard comments tonight have been hilariously stupid and hypocritical. I also think you've mentioned my comments on Skrtel about 100 times in the last month which is more than I've actually written about him!

                          Business as usual.

Toothless up front for most part.
Shat ourselves at the back a few times.

(Highlight, Ballotelli cutting the ball back across goal instead of shooting from a difficult angle. Thought he looked very good).
