The more I see of Sakho the more he impresses me - how long have we been saying he needs a consistent run of games and he'll be great. Think Rodgers dropping him for Lovren after playing earlier in the season shows to have been the wrong choice (who'd have thought it?)

Not many players polarise football fans in general. Normally in this kind of a situation people who support the team likes/rates the player whilst neutrals think they're ****. Sakho is one of the rare examples that divides opinion and people feel very strongly about either way.

I like him personally I must say, thought he had a good half.

yeah communication needs to improve between the two alright.

I'm not even sure its a communication thing. Just that Sakho as the CB and being the more experienced one has a better grasp on the passage of the game. Its very odd to see Markovic spending more time on his defensive role than Moreno on the near side.
Moreno is frequently turning back towards his berth, and Sakho does feel the need to venture outside.
Its happened a couple of times this half, but has been more evident in previous games. Something he needs to work on

I don't like knocking players but Lovren should be no where near the first team. 5th choice CB - at best.

Funny as **** to some of the criticism, Skrtel defended with "Johnson goes walkabouts" for the last 18 months but if Moreno goes walkabouts the same people try and blame Sakho!

All 3 cb's have done well so far, just like they did last week. I dunno why some find it so hard to say.

Pretty impressive first half. Should be 2 up & cruising but that's our season in a nut shell.

Borini took the goal so well & I'm happy for the lad. Hope he gets another.

The back 3 have been good & Can gets better & better.

This is what has surprised me most of all with Markovic, his passing and vision are a lot better than I was expecting.
