Nice to watch us in a game that we are losing, knowing that we are still going to win. Used to have that feeling as a kid watching us in the 80s. Love what BR has done and we have so many good players, exciting times ahead.

that one touch passing, a joy to watch. took the sting out of their game.
just like watching barca under 11s.

Not the best performance, but we got the result and that's what counts.

Never really noticed before but Palace dive a lot I found that really annoying.

Good performance from us. Even Mario played well, looked sharp too. Good win, happy with that.

It was the discipline and game intelligence to retain possession during the last 10 minutes or so which I found encouraging. There were times earlier in the season, and last season too, when we just seemed to keep going for it and showed little brain power or thought on how to manage the game.

For all the billion dollar deals which the premier league and FA put together, cant they get a decent referee training program together.

Most of us would be jobless, if we were as bad in our jobs as some of the refs are.

I was thinking the same thing earlier. Maybe that's where a bit of the extra should go, either on training, technology or whatever to improve the level of refereeing which has got to the stage where it is not fit for purpose. If the purpose is sporting integrity that it. I suspect it's not though, the PL probably don't mind the evident bias towards the top few clubs and the random decisions in all areas of the game. They probably see it as making the 'product' more exiting and worthy of discussion/coverage.

So great to watch us with all our finger nails intact. That Sturridge goal is one of the hardest techniques to pull off and we just dismiss it as just another decent effort because its Sturridge.

It did sort of 'roll' down his leg/knee all the same...........still went it though which is the main thing

All about the movement to get into the position for the attempt. Almost Danny Ings-like.

Agree about the refs, but you got to start beating players around the head, ours included, for their attempts to con decisions.
If that was eliminated from the game tomorrow, we'd be well on the way to clearing the officiating problems.
Who'd have thought it though, Crystal Palace must be up there as one of the worst offenders.

Any player that waves an imaginary card should have a finger broken and be booked for it.

                                They'd soon stop.
