Not feeling very excited by the line up, it seems to me that we've made the defence and attack weaker.

Not just because of Lovren which is forced but Moreno out and 2 attacking wingbacks, add to that no Sturridge and it feels a little uncomfortable to me. Hope we smash them and I can be proven wrong but my confidence has dropped.

Maybe he has split this into individual stages, where we can hopefully keep it tight, tire them out then bring on a fresh strike force. They've only scored once in their last 3 games, but had a good defensive record. Maybe he wants to tire the defence out, then go for it.

We won 7 out of 8 wasn't it with Sterling up front.

3 games in a week means some rotation is inevitable. Sakho out injured forces Lovren in. We're already established Balotelli should never play without Sturridge, and he's just come back from injury (and didn't look that hot on Thurs night) so I'd imagine we're being careful and rightly so. Thus I guess Sterling up top was the only sane option

Moreno out is the only one I think is a bit odd, but Markovic and Ibe on either side should be quite interesting.
