It might not just be him though, tbf. Maybe there's a decision been made to not play him anymore because they're sick and tired of him. If it gets out there has been all manner of **** re his attitude, his value for a resale (or the potential of a resale) might plummet.

How do you know? For sure like? There is nothing out there for you to hang your hat on but you've decided and thats that. Good job juries don't work the same way.

Perhaps he felt like **** and thought at best I'm on the bench, why bother? Can't say I'd blame him and rightly or wrongly he hasn't had a look in for ages.

If he is OK and he is pulling a Sickie, then he deserves a bollocking, but then most of us have pulled a few over the years.

End of the day he was going to be on the bench, hardly worth getting too upset over.
