What a depressing game. Hard to see how we are going to bring in the quality we need. We're not good enough on all fronts but we have seen that we can pull it together for spells and the likes of Mig, Skrtel, Can, Hendo, Sterling, Cout, Lucas, Lallana and Sturridge should be held onto.
Young players like Moreno, Markovic and Ibe might step up, but that does mean we need to replace a LOT of others - Johnson, Gerrard, Lovren, Allen, Borini, Lambert. With Sterling and Hendersons contract to linger, and everyone bound to throw money at Coutinho, we're not looking at a pleasant summer.
