I would love to know how it's all working. Goalies like this fella and Mig seem like the exact opposite of what Rodgers would like, he loves Spain, Barca, possession etc but we sign goalies who cant pass, categorically dismissed Mario signing unsurprisingly given he doesn't move, press or anything then we sign him weeks later etc etc. It's weird and I want to know who to blame properly!

I didn't know this but apparently when Bolton signed Bogdan, Fallows was the head scout there.

Obviously Fallows and Hunter were at City when Milner signed for them.

Was Fallows also responsible for City signing Wayne Bridge, SWP, Lescott, Adam Johnson, Scott Sinclair?

We seem to be targeting very similar profiles now. Decent players, experienced in the PL, but not quite value for money.

It doesn't seem like we have any sort of plan for signings as to fitting into a particular style of play, let alone a joined up thinking one. As you say, two keepers who can't pass, a load of attacking midfielders when we needed a good striker, a left sided centre back who's as headless as the player they wanted to play him beside and how you go from Sanchez to Balotelli I'll never know, two polar opposite of players, how can they even be on the same list.
