This year's younsters, next year's squad players?

Have been looking at the some of the youngsters with squad numbers who either didn't get near the first 11 this season or played just once or twice. Do we think any of them will be stepping up next season? (Not talking about Ibe here, obviously.)

Personally I don't think we'll see many. We have so many young players in the first team squad at the moment that have needed times to prove themselves & bought likes of Ings...maybe Kovacic... that IMO that's enough youngsters as is. We need experienced quality players in the first 11 & i'm really hoping that is what we're going to do after the Bogdan and Ings signings.

IMO there just not enough room for more young lads next season, too much at risk & Rodgers is under so much pressure to get results in league or win a cup. Ibe hopefully will push on next season but likes of Markovic, Can, Moreno, Ings, Flanagan, Origi, Illori is enough at the moment.

Lloyd Jones - loan until January then assess
Wilson - loan until January then assess
Ojo - loan until January then assess
Sinclair - loan until January then assess
Yesil - loan (has been in Turkey for this recently I think)

Ward - senior squad for EL and Cups
Branagan - senior squad for EL and Cups
Teixeira - senior squad for EL and Cups
Widsom - senior squad for EL and Cups
Ilori - senior squad for EL and Cups

Poor show Paul. You could have at least listed the young squad players that your talking about. And listed how many times the played in the 1st team. 1/10 sorry.

Not sure but he is on instagram jumping about strengthening his lower leg/ankle so I'd say he'd have a chance of getting a few appearances before the competitive games.
