We'll be away from home (at the request of the club)....who do you want or reckon?

I want Norwich away. Reckon it'll be Swansea away.

For Brendan's sake I hope we get an easy-ish first 4 or 5 games to get some momentum in. He won't though. Chelsea and United on the other hand will face last season's worst teams and the 3 promoted teams and won't have a tough game until October.

It's a weird one - we obviously want as easy a game as possible, but none of them are easy really, and if we lose an "easy" fixture the pressure (and probably poison) on Brendan will be immense, much more so than it would if we lost at a big team.

Brendan's only hope is a fairly gentle start, pick up some points, momentum and breathing space.

If it goes the other way it's going to be really horrible.

I want a game that will be played on Saturday. At 3pm. So someone 'boring' with no special significance.

          West Brom, Newcastle, Sunderland.

Arsenal away would be a good one to get out of the way, anything can happen early season. We'd be expected to lose and anything other than that would be a bonus.

This was my initial thought but if we lost a game like that it'd be even worse.

Give me City away, we usually play well against them and even a defeat can give us positives and any sort of result will make us feel optimistic all of a sudden. Plus they're not really rivals, I don't care about them.

Have any of the top 6 played on the opening weekend against each other?

Chelsea v United did in like 2005 I think, not sure why I can remember it but not sure about any more recently than that.

We'll get one of the newly promoted teams. Watford or Bournemouth.

Imagine if we got Aston Villa away and Benteke scored a hat-trick against us?
