I hope he maintains that when he's up against Sterling on Sunday. Best way to shut the little guy up is to drive all over him and give him nothing.Originally posted by Fredo View PostNever was in any doubt.
He's a quiet fella, but he's so confident and calm. He's not the best in terms of physicality and still needs to improve his reading of the game, but he's 23 and a bit of a rolls royce already.
...at least he should win any aerial battles with him

Liverpool's defensive crisis set to deepen as Joe Gomez suffers injury in England training
It is understood Gomez is concerned that injury, specific nature of which is not yet known, is bad and that he could be out for some time
Joe Gomez fears he has suffered a serious injury in England training that could deepen Liverpool’s defensive crisis.
England manager Gareth Southgate is expected to confirm Gomez’s injury later on Wednesday, with the player and Liverpool sweating over the severity of it.
It is understood that Gomez is concerned that the injury, the specific nature of which is not yet known, is bad and that he could be out for some time.
That would be the worst possible news for Liverpool, with Virgil van Dijk already in danger of missing the rest of this season after undergoing surgery on a serious knee injury and Trent Alexander-Arnold out for around four weeks.
Gomez partnered Joel Matip against Manchester City at the weekend, while Fabinho, who has also been out with an injury, has filled in at the back this season.
But losing Gomez for any length of time may force Liverpool into the transfer market in January to find cover, with both of their first-choice centre-backs potentially out. Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

Its beyond a joke how badly we've had it this season.Originally posted by Shaggy View Post****ing disaster. Best we can hope for, if these reports are true, is Fabinho and Matip at CB for a while, but there's no chance of that with Matip. We're ****ed aren't we?
These internationals shouldn't have gone ahead IMO but it was a cert we'd get stung again.
There is no chance we don't bring someone in come January but there are no guarantees with someone settling in.Vive la France
