he's worth a chance as far as his quality goes, but i wouldn't play him, for the reasons mentioned above. I'd give him a shot if when we get settled and we still look **** on the right, but not during our crap period, which could last a while.

Why not play him at Anfield where we are dominant?

What difference will that make, if we're dominant, will only make his away trip a big wake up call. I'd still rather the team settled first, and then introduce him if need be.

Playing him when we are playing well at home is called "blooding the youngsters". If we don't play him there's no point in having him. At the moment we are woefully short of quality on the right, it is the perfect time to give him a chance.
What do you mean by a settled team? I don't understand that and I don't see why waiting will make the team more settled.

Right lets think about this logically, Rafa hands Anderson a start at Anfield next week against man city. Two things happen, he plays **** and his confidence is shot, or he plays ok and all the papers start hyping up this new kid as they always do saying he's coming to Rafa's rescue, he goes away to wigan and has a stinker because the team is playing ****e again, ala Gonzo today for instance.

What's the point of that, i'm suggesting lets wait until we've got into winning ways away from home as well as at home, and then give him a chance, instead of burdening him with the expectation of being our wing saviour.

In my opinion Anderson is more deserving of a place than Pennant.
