Ibe is young and will be inconsistent, I don't see that as a problem in many games as long as the other player on the opposite side is playing well, and Lallana isn't, as a result the side are struggling I think one of the two may miss out. If Rodgers wants pace Ibe will stay in the side and Lallana will drop out, if he wants hard work or experience Lallana will stay in the side and Ibe will drop out. I suspect Moreno or Ings would be the ones to come in as Firmino has had a limited amount of PL time and this isn't the game to drop him in, while Origi and Markovic are out of favour, Ings and Moreno seem the likeliest options
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

We generally play rubbish at their place. I'd happily take a scropey draw.

With exception of Clyne no one else really impressed.

Could easily start once again and if he does imo should play on right as his pace would be an issue for Monreal.

He'll probably stick to the same side but minus Hendo as he's injured which means we'll be starting the game with ten men ha ha!

Or is that what you meant? lol

I think we'll seen a change or two for this, Ibe could do with coming out of the firing line for a start and perhaps used later on in the game.

Agreed, I'd be surprised if Ibe started this game.

My team would be this (assuming that Sakho and Lucas have been completely bombed out):

                        Mignolet
                        Clyne - Skrtel - Lovren - Gomez
                        Milner - Henderson - Can
                        Coutinho
                        Benteke - Origi

My plan would be to pretty defensive and look for the counter attacks and more direct balls to Benteke. I'd then have Origi operating closer to his compatriot to use the knock downs.

I quite like that, we'd need Origi to put a shift in up top to help the midfield I wonder if we might try Firmino as based on his stats in the BL he's a hard worker.

Henderson is going to be a bit of a worry, I do hope that we'll see Lucas at least making the bench for this one.

Ings would be a better option

Yeah Ings could get a start here. I think whomever does play needs to be willing and able to put a real shift in against Arsenal.

I opted for speed, hence Origi over Ings but yeah, Ings would be ok too. I just think we need to play direct and on the counter against Arsenal at theirs.
