I think we need to be careful what we wish for.

What do you (and others) honestly think we're going to get from investors ?

Both of the major parties are interested in taking over, not because they're fans but because they see us as a good opportunity to make money out of.

They'll be well aware of our season ticket waiting list and the first priority will be to build a stadium to take advantage of that. Had we been able to get that sorted under Parry and Moores we'd be laughing. We'd be taking significantly more revenue that (under Parry and Moores) would have been mainly diverted into strengthening the team.

They'll also be aware of the fact that our ticket prices are amongst the lowest in the Premiership. I'd be willing to bet with demand as high as it is and with supply currently being constrained it only equals one thing. Price rises all around.

Does anyone really believe or transfer kitty will rise substantially in the short term ? United's spending has dropped off since Glazer took over, who's to say we won't be similarly restricted ?

Long term with a new stadium things will improve financially. The new stadium is absolutely necessary, if it's possible while keeping the current owners in charge I think it would be preferable for all involved. Unfortunately I don't think that will be the case.
