I'm unsure why fans and managers put up with mistakes from experienced defenders.
Drop both Skrtel and Lovren, play Gomez and Sakho at CB.
Will Gomez make mistakes? Yes but the other 2 make loads every game and aren't getting any better.
Gomez will make mistakes but he'll be better than both Lovren and Skrtel pretty much straight away.

I've just been watching LFCTV and Clair was doing the post match interview and they sent out origi to do it. That sums it up right there for me. That should be one of the senior players doing that facing the camera not one of the kids.

Gomez should be played centrally for me. I don't want to see him at left back anymore, even if he's doing a job.

If we wanted Klopp we should have gone for him in the summer, as much as people don't like it, at the moment Rodgers is here until the summer, that only changes if we have a Hodgson-esque run of results, at the moment it's still only a couple of bad results.

Yeah it's weird, I can't remember the slow stuff ever really working for us. Every team on the planet absolutely hates opponents getting in their faces and rushing them so we have high energy players like Milner, Firmino etc doing nothing. So annoying.

That's the one thing that United have going for them... A well drilled unit. They lack a cutting edge but yet still managed to get 3 past us. Their pressing is fantastic and they arw functional... Everything else about them stinks.

not just the results though, it is the performances with each game there is no sign of any of the players knowing what to do when they get onto the pitch.

I had my mate round who yapped through most of the game so I only got to see the match in small chunks but from what I did see we were wank, hell of a goal from Benteke though and I've not seen one post about that in this thread.

Not trying to defend Rodgers here either as I also want him gone but everyone seemed pretty pleased with that team he put out prior to the game. Not a diamond formation as such but the team again let him down, massively but he chooses who plays and picking Lovren again is ****ing unacceptable.

There's no excuses left for him now. He signed the players this summer and plays them out of position. Danny Ings is a ****ing striker and Rodgers is so up his own arse he thinks he can play him out on the Wing.
