I remember their keeper making one good save from Moreno towards the end, that was it.

The rest were shots we were just blasting them at defenders, with the odd few which were result of desperate blocking, most they just stood there and got the ball blasted at them.

That's the problem and it has been the same all season. We might have a high number of shot but we are barely creating chances of note.

As I said before the match I find the lineup we chose yesterday somewhat baffling, if we were going to pick such a strong side, we should have put a first 11 out to try and develop an understanding between the players. The idea of mixing half the first team and some fringe players in defence for example must just create confusion, or at least does nothing to benefit the players that will play at the weekend.
