is that Lallana back training????? on the RHS of the photo?

I think whatever the formation, as long as we press them high up the pitch, then i think there are goals in our team. Looking at our defense and goalie combo, then i suspect that loads of teams will fancy scoring against us as well - especially someone like Spurs at White Hart Lane - but i am hoping that we are too busy cracking heads up near their goal to concede too many goals.....

I hope to see 3 of our players being substituted from 75 mins onwards and them being barely able to walk off the pitch because they have ran their bollixes off....and i think that is what will happen too.

For me, one of the very interesting things to see under Klopp will be how Daniel Sturridge gets on. Because although he is a class act, it has only ever been Brendan Rodgers that has got a song out of him. I also get the impression that DS is mad about himself and wants to be perceived as the main man up front. Perhaps the fact that our team couldnt score in a brothel while he was out injured adds to that. I am hoping that our team creates so many fricken chances that he just scores loads of goals - but it will be interesting to see how he gets on.............

Spurs are arguably the worst team we could be playing right now. Their manager employs similar tactics to Klopp in that he has a very fit team and demands they cover more ground than anyone else.

Klopp will have about two days with the full squad prior to the game and it's a massive stretch to get them to a level good enough to beat a team in top form. I normally laugh at Spurs, but they're starting to click under Pochettino. If we do beat them at the Lane, then my confidence with the rest of the season will rise dramatically.

        Massive game.
        Forwards.......

That's just not true though. In 08/09 he was Man Citys Young player of the season, scoring 4 goals and 3 assists in 16 apps.

He hit 8 in 12 for Bolton whilst on loan in 10/11. In 11/12 he hit 13 goals in 43 apps for chelsea, always playing as a wide forward, not through the centre and not always starting.

I don't think he's mad about himself either. He's just another forward who is always hungry for a goal, sometimes he backs himself rather than passing but not a disproportion amount of the time. you want that selfish streak in your strikers, especially when they have the ability of Sturridge.

He's brilliant and he sounds like a great leader with total trust in the team's desire and ability.
