I have a feeling he will like the energy of Milner/ Henderson. Would be great if he could develop Henderson further so that he is properly amongst the best in Europe.

Lucas is **** at going forward and slow.

        Klopp will play Can surely

Yea I think Can will be in over Lucas. Lucas gives away too many blatant stupid fouls, should have been off against Everton.

When I saw Dortmund it was often with kehl or bender at the base alongside gundogan with götze ahead. But most of the midfielders could and would play different roles from game to game.

Think Can will be klopps 'Kehl' with Henderson beside him. coutinho or firmino ahead.

          Just my guess though obviously.

Markovic and perhaps even balotelli. Klopp is a character as is Mario, so either Mario gets on board or leaves. I think he will want to get on board.

I have to be honest, I'm yet to be convinced by Milner. So far he is just as beige as I thought he'd be.

Same. And 'he played for Man City' isn't enough to convince me otherwise. I still think he's a useful player to have as cover for a few positions, but not as a first pick.

Yep, in our best teams over the last 10 years the best Milner would get is a place on the bench.

He's solid, dependable etc but he's nowhere near a star guaranteed starting midfielder.

I think this could be a good opportunity for some of the players. Markovic should fit well into his system and Firmino as well, but what about Lallana? Could he maybe find his feet in the pressing game? Granted he needs to release the ball a lot faster to be functional in a counter attacking game but he can press, harry and pass.
                    * The above is posted in my opinion. Feel free to disagree.

I think he will like Milner. Klopps strategies play to his strengths, play with speed and aggression, lots of pressing so I think he will be ok. He looks terrible at the moment because were playing lots of slow tempo football which he is asked to try and dictate. That's not his game.

But fetching and retrieving is right up his street.

Lovren and Allen. Although with the size discrepancy between the two, Klopp man-slapping Allen into shape might be borderline illegal.

*Mignolet, Skrtel and Lovren still can't be near the first XI though

I'm going to say............................................... ...................................Can. Not that he needs turning round so much as playing in the right place. With Hendo out for a while yet he could have a brilliant chance to grab and keep a spot as a box to box tank.

I think the role Milner has been asked to play has been pretty baffling. IMO he has done okay within the constraints of that. My belief is that people will stop being so down on him.

A lot of the squad seem to suffer from what appears to be a team wide depression. So I think everyone is likely to benefit. There is no one who has been individually more disappointing than the team that I think will be turned around (I don't see Lovren or Enrique being rehabilitated).
