You can see the rapport building, it's so natural for him but he still works at it, knows the importance of having players eager to please the manager.
Just feels like we now have someone truly in charge, who's in the process of taking the Bull by the horns.
edit: He seemed to have an extra few words for Joe Allen on the pitch after too, congratulated him as he did with all our players, but then puts his arm around him in that way where you give the person a couple of pulls towards you as if to say, come on....cheer up.
