Is not good. Do you think we have a pretty poor team spirit compared to other teams. Our skipper amongst others just does not like the likes of Pennant and Bellamy and whilst the players should be professional about it, you can see frustration in Gerrard's eyes when they do something wrong, he doesn't rate them and he doesn't like them!

Cant help feeling there is conjecture in your post. Where is your proof of that Stevie doesnt like them?.Originally posted by SpeedyIs not good. 'Take that poof bandage off, and what do you mean YOUR knee, it's LIVERPOOL'S knee !'
"Sorry, boss, I should have kept my legs together," said Lawrence. "No, Tommy, your mother should have kept her legs together!," replied Shankly.

What i said a few days ago(on our team spirit or lack of it even)
I'm worried about it, i really am.
We've heard of training ground bust-ups, players out on the lash regularly(most notably Gonzalez), team-mates arguing on the pitch,
stories about our skipper's private life and last night Bellamy refused to talk about Liverpool, only Wales.
Do we have to many prime donna's in the changing room?
I noticed our lack of team spirit at Old Trafford in particular, no pulling together, very weak and very sad to watch.
Maybe i'm just looking for reasons as to why we've fcuked up this season but i feel the old team spirit of last season and the season before is not there at this present time."Let me say for the record, I am not a gangster and never have been. Im not the thief who grabs your purse. Im not the guy who jacks your car. Im not down with the people who steal and hurt others. Im just a brother who fight back."

Afaik Chelsea have an 'open' system though, whereby if anyone has a problem with anyone, it is let out into the open and discussed for the benefit of team spirit in the long term. Do we have anything like this?
Mourinho has a degree in psychology. I think Rafa has the tactical edge, but Mourinho has the psychological edge in terms of man-management and team spirit buildingSack swinging like Dub-D40 on a door hinge

In fairness, Gerrard should help his players by geeing them up ,instead of berrating them for a bad pass or something.
He is moaning an awful lot this season and it's not acceptable, especially as he has been WAY below par himself.
In saying this though, being stuck on the pitch with the likes of Pennant (with his ****e performances so far) and Zenden would get anyone down.

Having seen him this season, i tend to agree with that. Carra might be a better captain. He would reassure the players and get them going but also give them a kick up the backside when needed, instead of ridiculing them too much. Actually, didn't Stevie come out and say something along the lines of "Carra is the main talker and organiser on the pitch".Originally posted by Morphorinogerrards not a good captain simple as that.
I'm a believer in that the captaincy helps Stevie G more than he helps anyone else.
He did y' know.
