He was dire because you probably have a preconceived idea about him. Like many others.Originally posted by Rich View PostSeriously mate, shut up. He's an instinctive finisher and happily a match winner. He was fairly dire other than that though. Klopp will replace him guaranteed, he doesn't do enough positive things to warrant him being at our club. Happy New Year! Are we winning?

Yet went up and congratulated him at the end with big smiles.Originally posted by Lecter View PostClearly Klopp knows nothing as he was slaughtering him for lack of movement
Can't have done that bad.Klopp on LFC vs MUFC (March 9th 2016) - "This is why I love football. This is why we watched it when we were young. I can still not have enough of it."

Always, keep your face to the sun, and shadows will fall behind you.

Lovren
Happy with the win, defence and central midfield really good again, but my god what is wrong with our forwards
not even gonna go into that last situation because it was just ridiculous (and he's still won us the last two games at least), but what about that Ibe chance? It's what sums up our line of "attacking" midfielders; looking all flashy and spectacular and ****, but they're really soft and mellow, almost afraid to score a goal, trying to walk it in because they can't simply blast it into the net when that is really the most essential and basic thing that wins a football game. They are talented but they don't look like they're winning **** anytime soon if they don't improve drastically.

It's the same as us though isn't it, I went mental when he missed that chance but don't think he was *too* bad, Coutinho was arguably worse and not a whisper about him.Originally posted by Slinky Skills View PostYet went up and congratulated him at the end with big smiles.
Can't have done that bad.
You can't argue with the fact he keeps scoring I mean if he does that every game we can't fault him, he's got what 6(?) league goals this season? I'd be pleased if he hit 15, and why I think he is a pretty good squad member.
An expensive one but a good one all the same. The times they are a changin'.

Well, Coutinho only has one less goal than Benteke in the same number of games.Originally posted by foresterbloke View PostBenteke's pelters are justified but other players should be contributing goals too. Apart from Firmino, there's no other goal threat present, no gambling, no long shots, nothing.

i think we do have a poor squad, klopp will ship out at least 6 players over the coming transfer windows and bring in players who understand his methods.Originally posted by Fredo View PostWe don't have a poor squad. It's a bit lop sided with too many similar players. We need a few wide players who will stretch out teams rather than playmakers.
