Thought we deserved a draw. Prob should have won but for what looked like some complete howlers at the back.
Still feel the team lacks a bit of composure at times, bit of leadership, sometimes we seem to make so many individual errors, but overall pleased we the draw,
Squad still looks ****ing knackered tho. can was class for 30/40 mins and then looked completely ****ed and he is wasn't the only one.
Our best moments came when we played with composure and pressed intelligently. At 1-0 or 2-1 up, we should have slowed the game down for a bit.Are we winning?

Ibe's end product is incredibly frustrating but sure so is most of our team. Benteke does seem to be always on the backfoot and his movement hasn't been great, but in saying that our delivery from the wide areas is pretty terrible. One decent cross in and to be fair to him he set up the goal.

But but there are several Arsenal players in the way of the trajectory of where the ball would have needed to have been played. Look at the picture. If Gentle Ben attacks the 6 yard spot he has a good chance of scoring. Instead he's on his heals flapping his arms about like the rubbish lamppost that he is.Originally posted by Fredo View PostHe wanted the ball played in that space just outside the goal area. Ibe made the wrong pass and picked up no one.

You want your main striker to be attacking that in the 6 yard box, that's a tap in for a decent finisher in the correct position. Even if you don't get a touch you force the defenders to deal with that (risking an OG). It's "the corridor of uncertainty"

Giroud was very very good tonight, as was Monreal although Ibe did take the term run "AT" him quite literally.
From our point of view it was a real mixed bag, great start to the game and to come out of the that opening half hour 2-2 I thought was gonna test our confidence because we should have had a cushion.
Moreno was wasteful tonight he has so much of the ball he needs to just relax a little more and he could be so much better.
Firmino stepped up tonight, that 2nd goal has been coming he's had some brilliant efforts saved.
A point isn't too bad considering how we defended, Sakho for be has been all over the place since his return its the first time I've ever thought we could have done with Lovren out there.
Next week will tell us if we can really kick on and have a push for 4th, I hate using the term but it seems a like a true must win.Vive la France

Bringing Caulker on to play upfrontOriginally posted by G View PostBenteke stood on the penalty spot when Ibe fizzed that great ball across the 6 yard box. He's ****ing useless.
Good header for the assist mind

Can't wait for Lovren to return, his partnership with Sakho was excellent.
Moreno is so frustrating as is Ibe. We need replacements for both I think.
Mignolet was a total liability and I'd bin him at the earliest opportunity. Ward should be knocking down the door to get a starting spot. That said, hats off for that tremendous rush and punch where he took down two players! If he could do that more often instead of flapping, we'd not be having these conversations.
Can, Clyne, Milner, Henderson and Firmino were excellent tonight. Not sure who my 2nd and 3rd place player of the match would be out of them. Was muß, das muß.

You're wrong Fredo. But you're used to that

He is ****ing terribleOriginally posted by danperkins View Post
yeah he's clearly not useless. Maybe he's not what we need but the delivery to him is pretty awful for the most part.
He's not in the box enough. When he is he doesn't attack the ball enough
