Smith, Ibe and Allen the pick of our players. Benteke has been garbage, embarrassingly poor.

Joe Allen has had a good one I think. The defence looks quietly efficient so far as well which is nice.

I don't actually see Ojo as a striker, more of an offensive midfielder. Kent and Sinclair have both played up top for the youth teams.

Watching Benteke is horrible at the moment. It's like watching someone choke in Mastermind. I might have to leave the room until he's subbed.

He's trying to show off, like the kid in school who thinks he's better than everyone else. Allen is playing the simple game, doing his job and his class is showing. If big Chris was doing his job he'd have a hattrick by now.

Why does he have to come so deep to receive the ball? We have more than enough guys to link the play, he needs to stay in the box and get on the end of things.
