Thanjk you.

Apart from his excellent run for Tex's goal he was a complete embarrassment out there.
Nice and comfortable in the end, some good performances too - both Stewart and Brannagan performed really well in the middle. Ojo dangerous when he came on, Smith great in the first half.
Can Benteke be coached? He looks like Origi when he first came, hiding in plain sight, fluffing his lines. Maybe he'll have his Southampton moment (then get injured...)?
I watch the "kids" a lot if they are on and I can watch I will as a rule so I almost feel I know some of them at this stage! Which means I am probably too invested in them, certainly some of them to be entirely objective but feck me its great when you see them like that tonight, the only thing they lacked was an appropriate adult striker.
Benteke had a hatfull of chances are fluffed the lot of them, utterly embarrassing, the greater the chance the bigger the fail.
The players that surrounded him, are for the most part technical, quick witted sorts who are just on a different wavelength often which probably frustrated both him and them at times.
If he cannot impose himself fully against a League Two side then what hope is there?

Origi ran and got into positions
Benteke we should move on asap
Bob Paisley - "This club has been my life. I'd go out and sweep the street and be proud to do it for Liverpool if they asked me to."
That's becoming big Chris's party piece ****ing up a clear run on goal/empty net in the last minute.
Good performance from the young lads, led by Allen and Ibe. Defence had **** all to do really, but at least didn't make any mistakes. It's been good seeing some of the young players and it looks like they've enjoyed it. Hopefully some of them will be involved v. West Ham.
A lot to be happy about there, Tex, Smith and Ojo were top class, Benteke seems to be allergic to the 6 yard box, just stops running when he gets to the 18 yard line.
Ilori has it, there's a player in there. Great to get Flanno back too. Ibe did well too, he can be a danger, just has to be more consistent and make better decisions. Thought Brannagan was good too.
Shame it's West ham next cos I'd like to give them all a run in the cup.
Bentekes confidence is pretty low at the moment and he's making some wrong decisions. But lets not forget that he had a big hand in the Allens goal as well as setting up texeiras goal. He also worked very hard today and for me as long as a player gives 100% as a fan you have to back them.
Were through and the kids got to play 2 games they wouldn't have done. So its positive all round.

Good solid performance, the kids done all right. A clean sheet and v comfortable at the back. Tex excellent in midfield - always looked to have time and passed well. Illori good at the back and a nice cameo from Flanno - great that he can cover both full back positions.
Benteke is v frustrating and he looked like he was trying to show off but made himself look foolish. He missed some good chances and butchered a few build ups. Don't like picking on individuals but mad he cost more than £30m
