Got to admit I don't really have a good feeling about this. Quite worried that our players are going to freeze on the day - Aguero will most likely get at least one goal and inevitably Sterling is going to get the winner....
If we start bright I'll perk up and I am looking forward to it even so.Really?

I'm with you on this - we battered them minus Silva, Kompany and a half fit Aguero and that seems to have given many a false sense of confidence. On paper they have better players and bar De Bruyne a full squad. Added to that our players bottle any big match recently (united, villa in the cup and more).Originally posted by Tatterdemalion View PostGot to admit I don't really have a good feeling about this. I'm worried we might get a pasting BUT if we are at from the off and get an early lead then they mightn't have the stomach for it. The thing is we'll know inside 5 mins how we will play - when we start badly it normally stays like that.

What a bunch of cunts. I'm getting up at 1am and heading to the casino, I'm well up for giving Man City another's battering!
We'll have Sturridge back too plus Origi and Flanagan if need be.
Plus Mig played well against Augsberg, definitely better than Jet Set Willy in the opposition goal! Was muß, das muß.

I love your optimism and I hope you are right, they just seem low key and all the build up is about a first trophy for Klopp. It will come down to which of the bottlers handles it the best!Originally posted by Chris View PostWe were missing Sakho and Sturridge in that game aswell though. They are hardly big game experts either, they cant win away to anyone good, got smacked at home v us, Leicester etc etc, have only beat us twice in the last 9 meetings, they really aren't all that.

Might have to miss this one.
Father-in-law is going in to hospital on Monday for open heart surgery. With his history, it's a very risky procedure.
We've been invited around to their house tomorrow for dinner (possibly the last dinner with him, but hopefully not).
It might be a bit rude if I stick on the match. That rug really tied the room together.

Get all my paperwork from last week done this morning, take my youngest do his Karate grading, do the housework and I might have time to open a bottle before the game starts....... Looking forward to Klopps first Wembley visit.Hopefully the blitzkrieg team turn up today and we don't have one of those frustrating games. Can't wait really.Akloppalypse Now !

Haha, I didn't think of that.Originally posted by TheElephantMan View PostIs almost Modern Love, I didn't have you down as a Bowie fan. It's okay, you don't need to reply.
Classic tune. And yes, I'm partial to a bit of Bowie. Not so much the glam years, but Berlin / 80s, well who wouldn't?Oh I don't know.
