Completely out of character, but I'm actually finding it hard to get myself up for this final. Next season excites and frightens me in equal measure but tomorrow is just another day.

Maybe its our midfield three that have lulled me into this apathy (boredom).

Got to admit I don't really have a good feeling about this. Quite worried that our players are going to freeze on the day - Aguero will most likely get at least one goal and inevitably Sterling is going to get the winner....

I'm with you on this - we battered them minus Silva, Kompany and a half fit Aguero and that seems to have given many a false sense of confidence. On paper they have better players and bar De Bruyne a full squad. Added to that our players bottle any big match recently (united, villa in the cup and more).

I'm worried we might get a pasting BUT if we are at from the off and get an early lead then they mightn't have the stomach for it. The thing is we'll know inside 5 mins how we will play - when we start badly it normally stays like that.

I love your optimism and I hope you are right, they just seem low key and all the build up is about a first trophy for Klopp. It will come down to which of the bottlers handles it the best!

Get all my paperwork from last week done this morning, take my youngest do his Karate grading, do the housework and I might have time to open a bottle before the game starts.......
