3 or 4 seems fair, the squad is a bit threadbare at the moment

I imagine Clyne will be in for Flanagan, Lovren in for Toure, Allen for probably Can, Ibe and maybe Benteke in to the front line.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

play the kids, they deserve another go and need the game time, and our first team squad needs time off. they have the final, EL and the league to play.

        i'd go with

        Ward
        Randall-Illori-Caulker(if not cup tied)-Smith
        Brannagan-Stewart
        Kent-Chirivela-Tex
        Ojo
        Jürgen Klopp

I think we need to rest a few but give the kids a chance to play with some experienced players like the replay v Exeter.

          Ward
          Clyne -Lovren- Caulker(or Illori) -Smith
          Brannagan-Stewart
          Ibe -Allen-Tex
          Tekkers

That team would get absolutely mullered against West Ham. It's basically saying that we'll take a loss to preserve the fitness of the squad
I saw a dead fish on the pavement and thought "what did you expect?"

Full strength for this. It's s trophy we must do everything to win. Forget 4th. **** it off now. Rest players in the league and go all out for 3 cups. ****ing trophies galore is what we want. I never want to become arsenal.

Alladyce played his kids away to Forest in the cup a couple of years ago they got smashed 5-0 and I think most of them knock about in the lower leagues now.

yup full strength or close to it. It's a great cup & would be amazing to get another cup run.

Yeah I would go with our strongest team ... one game at a time ... top 4 seems a little bit far off right now ... we are right in the mix for sliverware in the cups ... next season the TV money will be huge .. which in turn will allow us to pay big wages which should nullfy lack of champions Lg football ...

It seems if you want to play in the two biggest clubs on the planet .. a good route to get there is via the English Lg

London media (Metro) feeling confident West Ham will turn us (our defence) over. Nothing like a Steven Gerrard moment to burst their bubble. They're long overdue.

it's a tough one - some of our first teamers look ****ing knackered, some like Henderson I'm not convinced he's back to 100% etc

personally I'd go with something like

                        --------------------------mig--------------------------

                        clyne-------------caulker----lovren-------------smith

                        ------------------brannagan-----allen---------------

                        ojo--------------------lallana--------------ibe-

                        ----------------------benteke-----------------

                          I'd certainly say

Moreno could do with a few games off - recharge/refresh and sort his hair out
Henderson - like I said, not sure he's all recovered
Lucas - has been vital, but I think we are running him into the ground a bit
Firminho needs a rest, and to be hones, playing him up front on his tod at home to me has been a little toothless (not that I expect much from benteke though )
Can - defo needs a rest, he looks out on his feet after one run
i own everton fans on the internet....that's what i do

Surely this lot can't beat us 3 times in 1 season. A small amount of rotation is definetely required with our schedule but we need to really go for it.

we can't string to wins together or any consistency...Hoping we win and play well but expecting West Ham to win again...
