at 23 he won't be changing much physically to show he can live with the top level. You also have to question his desire to play at that age, he should be banging on the door asking to be loaned or sold but seems to be happy to sit back and take the cash. Be playing for the lower teams in Spain or Portugal soon

Benteke needs just to play som fun fast footy - with no pressure - since he seems to be out of confidence and just stolbers around in there. Since he is not involved in a lot of goalscoring, he will not be rebuild before he fires 2-3 goals in a few matches.

Tex was made to play to far forward. He is more a playmaker, than a direct striker/AW. It seems though like him and Allan likes to play in the same role (where Allan dictates more, so he takes the place). By the way - being on 5000,-/week he is one of the lowest paid in the team - so he sees it as an opportunity to be here and to learn from good coaches and players around. He is out of contract in the summer - but ready to discuss contract (possibly ongoing).

Brannagan seems very good - and technical very smart.

I wonder why Can is more in the first team than these two - he is of same age - and have the same ups-and-downs in stability.

I think Tex is better than Ibe. He offers so much more to the team.
Except pace - I like him too but he is very slow

I rate Tex. Think he's better than Ibe and would happily have in in the side ahead of Lallana. I realise this isn't saying much.

He's definitely smarter than Ibe but he's set the bar pretty low in all honesty. I'd really like to see how he goes with some class around him instead of him being the go to guy when he plays with the kids.

Tonight I could see Brannagan making it at LFC. He's neat and tidy, eye for a pass, not afraid to shoot and is decent on set-pieces.

Saw a lot of text last season at bha, given a decent run of games I think he will do a job. However he plays best in a position we are overpopulated in..

Basically slating Mig and Tekkers. Even on the radio you could tell Tekkers was stinking the place out.

I think the experience this run gives the young lads is great, we will benefit either in fees or in getting them in the first team. In Smiths case he can't be far away from the first team now?
Smith was alright, didn't do much to be honest. Brannagan was the stand out for me, the lad has ability and I'd like to see more of him. His **** corners were right up there in the pantheon of LFC **** corners, he's another in a long line of LFC lads who lose all ability to cross a ball when its placed in a quadrant.

At least we didn't get beaten yet again by them. Good show.

                        Shame it's a replay.

Klopp may as well send out the same type of side but without Beneteke who is as useful as playing a diving bell at centre forward.

I thought the reserves did well, the replay is no problem, just send the same side out minus Benteke and maybe with Randall for Clyne, they are getting some good experience now. Stewart surprised my, recycled the ball well and was available and made some tackles, him and Brannagan impressed me the most, along with Smith.

That's zero goals scored against them this season in all 3 outings. That's a worry.

Yeah I was quite shocked, dunno why as most football supporters are cunts but didnt expect all that **** from them. Must have missed Dagenham etc become one of the most amazing places in the country.
