Ponderous play from a group of players with the combined intelligence of a corpse.

I was watching how the players looked to create something. Besides the lack of movement, they just passed to feet. There was no passing into space, and players making runs.

I do think not having time on the training ground is having a bigger impact than we think. There's just no patterns of play at all. We've got a group of players going through game after game, and they're struggling to even do the basics.

They are also bi-polar in terms of how they react to situations. Like I said in the Match Thread, one player i.e. Lallana, plays one good game, and we think he's good enough as a squaddie. The truth is, most of these players don't have the mentality for a pressure cooker.

We really needed to bring someone in in the January transfer who would have offered a goal threat even if it were only a loan deal. While there are many problems with the side goals give the team confidence, and would at least paper over the cracks. Despite how well we were playing when Leicester scored the players, like us knew that that was probably it and you could see it in their performance.

He's been ****e but at least he is an actual forward. Was neither good nor bad in todays cameo... far worse players out there than him

were all disappointed but kloppo's hands are tied - those lads on the pitch are the best players we have available at the moment. its really unfortunate that our best attacking options apart from firmino are all unavailable.

lallana and milner arent ever going to do add much to the attack but at the moment thats the best we have.

yup everyone knew bringing goals in the January window was absolutely critical, we didn't do it and sure it's the same oul **** being served up. Knew we'd pay for it

He doesn't play through the middle. He floats our wide or deep, doesn't really impact on play, doesn't make committed runs. Doesn't attack the ball.

He's a bit of a wimp really.

Exeter and West Ham games seem to tell a different story

that happens with strikers, can go through a run of games not scoring but they need to keep playing. The rest of the team (bar Firmino) have shown they can't ****ing finish!
