This is it, he looked decent on loan but the Scottish Prem is very much League 1 standard these days.

Klopp has the luxury of seeing him everyday in training, if he isn't up to it yet then Mignolet is the easy choice.

Nobody thinks he's the saviour but we all know what the other two bring which is copious amounts of mistakes so we'd like to see Ward get a run of games to see what he can do.

...would rather have a lifesize cardboard cutout of Fat Sam in goal than either a) or b) at this moment in time.

              Echo:

Liverpool defender Steven Caulker has been ruled out of tonight’s FA Cup fourth round replay against West Ham with a sore back.

The on-loan centre-back was expected to start at Upton Park having impressed in the goalless stalemate with the Hammers at Anfield 10 days ago.

However, Caulker has failed a fitness test and didn’t travel to the capital. Youngster Cameron Brannagan also stayed behind due to illness.

The backup to our backup defenders injured before one of the only games of the season where we might actually need him.

Not a fool but they did very well against West Ham's full team. Certainly showed more heart and ability than most of the first team!
