Walkout had nothing to do with it. We need better central defenders, better goalie and a proper striker. It's that simple. If possible we should also add some speed to the team. Klopp will act in the summer, just hoping the business side manages to close the deals.

dear oh dear what happened to all for one and one for all, would you snap peoples hand off for a £77 pound ticket every cat A game or are you talking about the one and only time you would come to Anfield on a jolly? were talking about people who commit to attending EVERY game by paying there money UPFRONT before a ball is kicked and still attend when they realise that were ****ing ****e, not a a tourist who attends one game as a fooking treatOriginally posted by stuartb View PostRidiculous to walk out today - like the unions trying to resist reality and look what happened to them. How many fans are paying stupid amounts to goto a game via Thomas Cook ripoff packages and your complaining about cat A games at 77 UKP - supply and demand. id bite your hnd off to get a ticket for a game at that price but I cant get tickets as half the fans dont give season tickets back when they should which reduces supply and inflates prices. After them rescuing us in court your now slagging them off. I think its bang out of order

I don't agree with the sentiment of his post but having a dig over coming to Anfield 'once ever for a jolly' is also not fair. We'd all love to be able to go to every game but it's not possible. I come across usually once a year with a total trip probably in the region of €500 - prob more now sterling is so strong.Originally posted by rodo View Post

This is a touchy subject and everyone has strong opions on it, I absolutely don't think we as fans should be ripped off and in all aspects of life you should stand up for what you believe in. The other thing is that Liverpool is a global institution and is lucky to have fans all over the world. They all want to come to Anfield and local fans should embrace this as it something that makes the club special.
YNWA and all that

Everybody is welcome Anfield, the issue is they should be paying a decent price for their ticket. It's 5 years now since I got over. I used to be over about 10 times a season in the mid 90s and as prices went up each year my attendance went down to the point were I can't go at all. Like you Nev, it costs a similar amount now to attend one game that I'd spend on 4 or 5 games a few years back. Would love to bring my son but it won't happen cos of ticket availability, ticket prices and everything else involved in getting over these days is extortionate.

Many are making it clear they dont want wools or oot'ers at Anfield. Well **** em. There was a period in my life when I missed a handfull of games a season both home and away (domestic and abroad) over a 10 year period. This oot'er has been to more games than these ****ers and being an oot'er doesnt make me any less of a ****ing supporter
Best supporters in the world my ****ing hairy arse. The majority want it to be a closed shop. This attitude ****ing saddens me. Again. Two words......**** and em

I'm like you in so far as I plan on bringing my kids across when they are bigger. I guess in terms of cost we'll see how it us and maybe every few years we can do something. Given the lack of success of the team it is very important that we as fans pass the support onto our kids so the club stays popular.Originally posted by G View PostEverybody is welcome Anfield, the issue is they should be paying a decent price for their ticket. ) so when we played Milan a couple of years later we decided to go to Liverpool to watch the game. We got a fair amount if grief from some of the locals for being out of towners but that may just have been the bar we were in and the result!

Seen plenty of abuse for wools and oots myself over the years but I doubt it's the majority of scousers who feel that way. Just a minority of knob heads and I've no doubt much of their disdain comes from the fact ticket prices kept increasing to the point they couldn't afford them anymore but the wools and oots could. So it still comes back to ticket prices. In my mind it's very important the club keeps its scouse heart and if tickets are sensibly priced then everybody can be a part of it.Originally posted by Assassin View PostSceptical.

I don't think anybody wants it to be a closed shop, they want it to be an affordable shop, for all of us regardless of how often you go. Only 10k left yesterday, 35k didn't and all the wool and oot areas of the ground were still heavily populated after 77 so it clearly isn't a closed shop.
At the end of the day, fans turning on fans is a sorry state of affairs to see, the other issues like ticket availability etc can be tackled down the road but ticket price on a national level needs to be tackled now and I aplaud all those who took a stand yesterday and started that process.

i dont give a rats arse where people come from just so long as they go to Anfield and sing their guts out and drive the team on. no phones out all game, no sitting in silence. if you cant add to the atmosphere then watch it on the ****ing telly.
if you cant give some vocal support then this is the season ticket for you...

Sections of our supporters are absolute ****ing Doucebags ... this anti outside Liverpool vibe is ****ing mind numbingly stupid, all of the fans who express this opinion share one quality .... they are as thick as mud its not the 1960s .. football is a global game .. foreign fans and out of towners .. pay their satellite subscriptions, buy their kits, get up and **** knows O'Clock .. travel to Anfield when they can ... I know one guy who travels from Hong Kong ... multiple times a month and is at a lot of the Away European games ... and somehow these ****ing Pious arseholes think they were born with a better LFC pot to piss in ... The irony from a supposedly working class club with a socialist bent ... The Peoples Front of Judea is on the marchOriginally posted by Assassin View PostSceptical.

I support the fans demanding better ticket prices, I was proud of our fans .. untill I heard get out of out Club ... and then I remembered the group behind this .. and there permeant state of unhappiness about everything and they sense of importance and how the represent fans ... they dont .. they represent themselvesAnybody who criticizes Klopp ever is a James Blunt. Well hopefully this and devices like it will drive the evil Murdoch's empire into the ground. Sky started the rot in the early 1990's in ripping off fans and have a lot to answer for in terms of the state of the game todayOriginally posted by baitman View Posti dont give a rats arse where people come from just so long as they go to Anfield and sing their guts out and drive the team on. no phones out all game, no sitting in silence. if you cant add to the atmosphere then watch it on the ****ing telly.
