Semi-planned I would say. Coutinho off and Sturridge on would have been the obvious one as they're both returning from injury. The Origi one is probably because Klopp doesn't want extra time and potentially penalties.

Teixeira coming off as well as Coutinho was an odd one though, don't have a problem with Origi coming on but it's an odd lineup
