Thats the question, we've frustrated at times even during this game it seems like its just one of those things with us.. It either happens or it doesn't. But the work rate and desire seems more tonight, maybe they're hurting after the weekend but I wish to **** they felt this motivated Sunday.

Wish Hoddle would shut the **** up about zonal marking. If we man-marked he'd be whinging about that. Prick.

Flanno is superb on the right and Clyne a much better defensive Left back than Moreno, just a pity he has no left foot to speak of.

Adam lallana hes ****e. James Milner he's ****e. Not good enough for Liverpool & should be sold.

Cmon you Reds. great play & intensity so far. Must keep going though.

Flanno was involved in the first goal by keeping the passing going and making himself available to toure before incisively passing it forward. Same on second, he's always looking to pass it forward and with pace. Very impressed with the way he chased back and saw the danger we could from the TV and cut that ball out to Sterling. He's not perfect but ****ing hell I love the guts this guy has. Easily my favourite player in the squad by a country mile.

Flanno has lost the ball a couple of times further up the field (and quite cheaply too) but put him in his natural defensive third habitat and he has been outstanding

That does look like a melt down.

Its working against a good side but yeah when we're having to break a team down the lack of a left foot would probably be problematic.

Flannagan has messed up a couple of times but then made up for it, him nailing Sterling is the highlight for me Not quite Agger on Torres but still nice to see.
