Thought Allen was brilliant. Stewart did very well. Milner worked his bollocks off. Sturridge looked sharper and more interested. Defence were solid, tho in think stoke missed a trick just having crouch up front because it meant skrtel and toure where never going to get turned and have pace running at them. Ojo looked bright and divock origi is really getting it.

Agreed he's deserved more game time but I think he's gone in the summer and if we're honest overall he's been far from good enough. According to most that seem clued up about the club he's seen as a squad player but he's on first team wages and the club don't fancy that much.

Managed to get to this game today, and didn't hold out too much hope for it after Dortmund on Thursday and more so when I saw the lineup. How wrong I was. The second half (first 15 minutes of it in in particular) was a joy to watch, after that, it was job done. ****ing loved walloping these arseholes - their fans running through their quality repitoire of "Is this a library", "Where's your famous atmosphere" cruelly halted by being taken to pieces by our ever improving squad.

Ojo and Stewart did look nervous, and Skrtel did a Skrtel but other than that, they were marvellous.

Really pleased Ojo assisted Sturridge, (who was given the Dalglish song today), and it was nice to see Sturridge giving him words of encouragement after he put away another one to bolster the stats. Moreno's goal was great, and Origi looks like a £30m world beater.
