You can't play Milner in any position of responsibility ie anywhere in the spine of the team. He's just far too much of a headless chicken

Got a bit of an Olympiakos feel about it this one. But Dortmund are better, and we don't have Gerrard. Only really Sturridge who I'd fancy to take his chances so I'd get him on the pitch somehow.

Yeah Klopp seems to really like Milner, I really thought Allen was a banker to start the game.. Same with Sturridge after his goal. Dortmund are so fragile at the back that I did think he'd go with two up top. Powder puff midfield and too much space in defence against a class side is only going to end in one way.

So ****ing gutted man.

Strangely I'm not gutted as I had feared a pasting in the first game and when it didn't come I expected a backlash tonight from them. They are a superb team Dan with players who would get into most teams in the world. We are a side who are made for them, we make mistakes and lose the ball cheaply and they destroy us with quick breaks.

In the first leg we were v compact and they were wasteful. We need a goal and a red card for their keeper inside the first 5 mins now!

People being a bit OTT here, its not like Dortmund have totaly overun us - we've had plenty of good chances ourselves - they were just really clinical with their first two opportunities.

Given the task we had after the first 10 minutes, I'm actually quite pleased with the rest of the half, we played some lovely stuff at times, just haven't got the breaks yet.

Yep and the one criticism I mainly have of Klopp. He is predictable with his tactics and always goes for the jugular.

I think that Dortmund team has more composure than Klopp's team. This is from a team which had a transition season last year.

Rodgers would've played Origi at right wing back and we'd be 3-0 up by now.

They wouldn't have a clue what was going on.

Cannot believe how open we were! The warning signs began as early as 2 minutes but it took 2 goals for us to wake up.. All that build up, the fans and the talk just thrown away in the blink of an eye. This team la, just not winners. I can forgive us a loss to Dortmund but not in this fashion.

3 goals in the 2nd half.. We've done it before but we had proper players.
