Seems like an irrelevance now we're rolling in the EL.

nope i dont think so. If we pull up the handbrake in the league, then it will only hurt us in the EL as well.

Also, each place in the prem is worth a couple of million. For me, it would make sense to finish as high as possible - it could pay for grugic or something like that!!!

But also, it lets the likes of Ojo et al have some game time, and gives JK the opportunity to see if they can be relevant squad players and potential first teamers going forward.....

I wouldn't make wholesale changes, to get the best out of the players for the EL games we need to keep playing them so that they remain sharp but not overplay them. I'd look to be making 2 or 3 changes a game. The fullbacks have played alot of football this season so I'd like to see Flanagan and Smith get more game time to ease the pressure on Clyne and Moreno. Also I think we have problems in CM with Can and Henderson out so I'd like to see some of the kids in there involved at some point. Also Ojo was great last week and deserves some game time as well.
