    Very attack minded side. Did think Flanno and Skrtel would start today. Very strong bench that.

      Delighted that Ward is starting. It's going to be fascinating to see how he deals with the step up from Aberdeen to Liverpool. It's also a chance for Ibe to showcase what he can do, because it does look like he's leaving in the summer.

        I think Skrtel missed out because he wants to give game time to Lucas, Stewart and Pirlo.

        I thought he might play Origi and Sturridge together just for an experiment.

        Nice to see Flanno back, if even only on the bench. I was beginning to think he was being punished for his April fool prank.

        Great to see Ward and Smith getting starts. Playing reserves winds up the opposition but, if they are highly motivated reserves - as this lot will be - that is not necessarily an issue.

          The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

            Klopp must be thinking about the summer already and wants to get a better view of all of his peripheral / young players in proper games, give them a fairer crack before deciding on their future. Flanno won't be going anywhere anyway.
