I avoided Vodafone for years because of the Manc link. With us, I genuinely prefer Carlsberg to other lagers like Fosters & Carling (prefer proper beer to lager though), but I don't deliberately look for our products. There's definitely a subliminal influence though. I had some Reebok stuff when they made our kit, and haven't bought any since, and that wasn't a deliberate decision on my part to buy because they were associated with us.Comment

Talking of rivals products I never buy, I've never bough Chang beer, not because they sponsor Everton, but because I have never seen it on sale anywhere.
