Always confident of the win (3-1 I expected tonight), but to deal with them with such consummate ease was impressive. Controlled the game for 180 minutes, bar that short spell caused by that fortunate late goal.

Villareal a poor team ? They're 4th in the Spanish league behind barca, real and atletico. They're anything but poor mate.

I keep hearing that. I saw nothing scary about Villareal over the last two legs. Nothing. If Klopp had done his homework correctly we would won both legs 3-0.

My only fear tonight was them getting a spivy goal and us panicking. Thankfully that didn't happen. I'm sold on Klopp now. Fully.

We did the job but yeah I agree with this. We could have easily taken them to cleaners over there too.
