    Europa League Final tickets

If I could get any via legitimate, albeit violently expensive corporate means; would anybody be interested?

I'm going with a couple of mates regardless, but just seeing what I'd need to pay for tix. No question whether or not I can get them, it's just how much I'd have to pay. I'm thinking the more bought would bring costs down, but not sure as yet
I saw a dead fish on the pavement and thought "what did you expect?"
There's no water round here stupid, should have stayed where it was wet

Depends on costs and my ability to get a flight but yeah I'd be interested.

        From the Liverpool website:

UEFA have confirmed that Liverpool will receive an allocation of 10,236 tickets

The breakdown of the allocation is :

        General supporter allocation – 47%
Contractual supporter allocation; to include seasonal hospitality members and priority rights holders (former shareholders) – 41%
        Match day officials/first team players/former players/media – 10%
        Commercial partners – contractual obligations – 2%

So that's 4,810 tickets for supporters

We're going to drive and do the Dover ferry. Bit of a trek mind

I use a company that gets hard to find tickets or events for clients at work. It will be horribly expensive!

The allocation of 10,236 is a joke, and it's really sad that they are diluted down so much that the real fans only get half of that
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

I would be interested as I live only 45 mins from Basel but how much would "violently expensive" be?

So I can definitely get tickets, but, well, LOL

                CAT 2, 3, 4 - £1350
                CAT 1 - £1700

                I'm not that well off

to be honest, if you are going to spend £1350, then you may as well spend 1700 and be guaranteed a Cat1.

I'm not sure it is worth 1350 to be honest though...... on the one hand, people who spent that to go to Istanbul would consider it money well spent, but for me the biggest kick in the cock would be the fact that some dick head is making 1200 quid or whatever profit from the ticket

Depends on your financial situation and how arsed you are I guess

I couldn't justify dropping an entire week's wages on an hour and a half football match

**** that, get stuck with all the bores down the side. Cat 3 or 4 if you absolutely have to, behind the goal.

Well if you're earning more than £100k gross, I'd argue that you could justify it.

What do you work as mate?
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

                          Oh I don't know.

That's mad - I paid £700 in 2005 for flights, a ticket to the game, transfers to the city/stadium/airport and a night's accommodation. It's not like inflation has gone up that much......

My brother works for a company in Madrid that organises trips to football games and I asked him what was the story with tickets. His company haven't got any yet but he reckoned the ones they "might" get would be around £700 each - still a heck of a lot of money.

                            I also spotted this:

...they go every year, so not surprised they can't sell them.
