Chuck him straight in against West Brom. He's earned it. An in-form, confident player.

I'd say Ojo and Ibe are in poll position as they are the two with first team experience at LFC, Ibe's form has dipped this season but had looked promising before that. None of the others at this stage have first team experience however highly rated they are. Obviously we need to give them chances and hopefully Canos will get his chance at the weekend, but playing for LFC in the PL is completely different to playing in the Championship or League 1 etc. I don't even think it's a question of ability it's more a mental thing, we have had many promising youngsters with bags of talent that haven't made it here. Obviously we would love to see all of these come through and make it with us, but statistically the chances are one at most will make it.Originally posted by redmike65 View PostRight side mainly, some left.
Wilson is physically slight but maybe the most technically talented of the lot, I think Kent still has a chance to make a case but there are not going to be berths for more than two from Ojo, Ibe, Canos, Kent, Wilson I'd say. Esp if the likes of Dembele are on the radar.
As of now Ojo and Canos look the most likely.
Klopp has had a good record in his time here of giving the kids game time, hopefully that will continue and we can develop these players, as the squad grows it will become more and more difficult so we may have to look at loaning people out again, or if there are too many for some positions stick with the most promising and focus on developing them and let the others go elsewhere.Last edited by Exiled_red; 12-05-16, 12:59 PM.The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Canos mentality is actually what's so impressive about him - he doesn't believe in a lost cause, will work hard start to finish and has the attitude of a demented puppy.
Ibe on the other has shown himself to be surprisingly weak and has his sad face on far too often. Not too mention deleting his Liverpool social media!

Few posts from a Brentford forum. He sounds like a young Godrez!!!! If he bites Tony Pulis then ****s Darren Fletcher I will love him forever.
What a great player Sergi Canos is and will continue to become. He has a great future in the game with his fantastic mix of skill and love of the game. We have been very lucky to see a player of his talent playing for us. I would love to see him on another season long loan if at all possible but 1st team squad at Liverpool seems a much more likely place for him next season.
Thank you Sergi for your amazing skills, goals, enthusiasm and love of the game, watching your football has been a sheer delight this season.
....
been an absolute joy to see him develop this season, really good attitude and approach to the game and some of his skills are to die for.
....
I so hope he can come back next Season in one way or another.
...
Really like Canos and it would be a dream to get him back next season
...
I think Sergi came here as an excited kid who plays with his heart on his sleeve and without fear and I've loved watching him develop into a real prospect who I'd love to see back here.
...
It's been a pleasure watching Sergi develop with us this season and his enthusiasm is very infectious.
....
He's bonkers - I really like and rate him!
...
not sure he could cope with the emotion of playing at anfield ( I genuinely think he'd explode with excitement 5 mins into the game)
....
If Sergi is not going to be with us next season, at least he is consistently saying, we have made a positive mark on him. If he goes all the way to a top Champions League club (which I think he will), he will give a really positive opinion about BFC whenever it might come up in the dressing room etc, which will no doubt bode well for us.
...
The little boy who lost the ball for Rotherham's equaliser at GP and made no effort to track or win it back has changed into an all-action mental fireball who makes things happen, an excellent loan for all involved.

Were they? I must be blind. Some of the goals he scored probably would have been easier had he taken them on his left. Looks a talent though.Klopp on LFC vs MUFC (March 9th 2016) - "This is why I love football. This is why we watched it when we were young. I can still not have enough of it."

Always, keep your face to the sun, and shadows will fall behind you.
