I can't recall, was it you who asked if I was a doctor?

        Sounds like my hangovers.

Not you specifically no, and it was more a comment regarding people not really understanding what concussion is and that it couldn't have affected his performance, it's just a PR stunt.

I'm no neurosurgeon but I can put 2 and 2 together and make 4 and if you read the symptoms of concussion in my post and assuming he really did have concussion maybe you too can deduce that maybe it could have had an affect on his performance, especially given the weirdness of the errors.

Big difference though was it didnt stop us winning titles and didnt stop us winning cups

I had a car accident last year and one of the outcomes of that was concussion.

I didn't hit my head on anything but the force of being hit from behind was enough to rattle my brain inside my skull.

Would I have said there was an issue? No.

My symptoms (along with a sore head) included memory loss which was the first indicator. I'd be speaking and all of a sudden I'd lose a word in my sentence - it just wouldn't be there in my speech. One of the most crazy things I've experience. After a few days I also started getting really anxious about everything - I was away with work a few days after the car crash (again I thought I was fine) and on the flight home I openly wept for absolutely no reason whatsoever!

Was only a few days later when I was back at the doctors did he say it was likely concussion (and he told me to take 4 weeks off work).

Having had it I know I certainly thought I was fine albeit with a sore head and occasional light headedness.

Agree with Lec though - I'm not sure there's a way back for Karius.

Why do you always need to compare with the past. There could possibly have been a lot of factors contributing to us winning back then despite all the cock ups.

It's completely irrelevant to even mention this.
                Are we winning?

Someone mentioned Grobbelaar first and I replied

As for always mentioning the past, well its kind of a habit, much like you talking total bollocks

Nothing wrong with comparing with the past - it's benchmark for progression or regression and a number of other factors, why is it irrelevant to compare a post keeper with a present one. The great thing about history is we can learn from it, not that we do very often.

The great thing about our history is that we have a great history.

I wish the present would hurry up and join it on equal terms though.

                        Opinion of ex-keeper, David Preece.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?
