Nonsense he was the 2nd best keeper in the German Lg last year, he wears the No. 1 ... he is our no. 1 that its really, thank you.Originally posted by BobTheCharmer View PostHis lack of experience and the fact that our current number one was given a 5 year contract fairly recently by the existing management. No way will mignolet want to be a number 2. Therefore he must of had some reassurances that he would be starting otherwise there would be rumours of looking for a move. There's been nowt. I think some people confuse reality with what they hope will happen. I'm all for getting rid of mignolet but I'd personally hope we blew a load of cash, the TV cash for example, on the best we can get. We all know the importance of a great keeper. Look at Utd. Yet we choose to shop at poundland in the hope of unearthing a decent talent. I'm digressing. Money isn't everything. Pre injury I would have wagered a lot on Mig starting.Anybody who criticizes Klopp ever is a James Blunt. Nov 2015

If I'm being honest, he looks like he's from the same school of ****ing around with the ball that Mignolet came from, only marginally better.
Klopp wasn't happy with Mignolet in that clip was he ha ha!Klopp on LFC vs MUFC (March 9th 2016) - "This is why I love football. This is why we watched it when we were young. I can still not have enough of it."

Unlike with Bravo, who was so commanding against United.Originally posted by Fredo View PostHe's definitely better than Mignolet with the ball at his feet but he has flapped when coming out for balls at corners, so I guess we'll have to wait a bit more.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

I wonder would it be a good idea to play both of them at the same time, see who makes more saves???
In reality, at least if one of them gets injured, then we aren't up **** creek waiting for the likes of Brad Jones or Adam Bogdan to make Soccer AMs clips of the week. So kudos to Klopp for sorting out the goalkeeping strength in depth issue for the little sum of £4.7m.
And hopefully Mig will up his game a bit.

He was pretty bad last night to be honest. His distribution was every bit as bad as Mig and he didn't look any more convincing in the air. Didn't have too much to do in anger so I guess we'll have to wait for him to play more games, and more meaningful games.Trey Nyoni: countdown to stardom-2 years1year0.5 years
